My approach is based on respect for the individual and supports you in becoming more aware of why you think and behave as you do, and what your resources for change might be. As an integrative humanistic therapist, I draw from various psychological theories. You will find me warm and approachable, and while maintaining a professional structure I aim to relate sensitively and positively, accompanying you as you explore whatever part of your life, past, present or future, needs attention.
I believe that in counselling it is necessary to attend to the whole person so will consider with you your experience in the fields of emotion, mind, body and spirit.
